WILLIAM W. DOWDNEY
William W. Dowdney, 64, of 414 Carteret st., died in the West Jersey Hospital Friday after a short illness. He was born in Trenton and had lived most of his life in Camden.
He was a veteran of War I, a member of the First Methodist Church and had been employed at RCA Victor 23 years.
Surviving are his widow, Margaret; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Evridge, of Camden; three sons, William J., of Mays Landing, and Charles and Albert, both of Camden; a sister, Mrs. Mary Miller, of Camden, and six grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in his home, where friends may call Tuesday night. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken.
