Leonard F. Garbrecht (1910–2000) was a Camden fire captain who served from 1941 until retiring on disability in 1960. He was the last remaining captain of that era and a charter member of Camden City Firefighters Local 788.
Rowe Street is in East Camden, running eastward from North 32nd to North 35th Street, north of Mitchell Street.
35th Street runs from the Delaware River south to River Avenue, then resumes east of the Pavonia railroad switching yard and again beyond Westfield Avenue, reaching Federal Street and continuing three blocks to Highland Avenue at the Pennsauken border. It is North 35th Street above Federal and South 35th below.
Arch Street ran from Delaware Avenue to North 5th Street between Federal and Market Streets in downtown Camden. Formerly known as Plum Street, it was home to Oetzel's Saloon, the Genova Cafe, the Collings Carriage Company, and the Camden Fire Department headquarters at 5th and Arch.
