Upon petition of Clifford Shemeley, probation officer, bench warrants were issued for three men who failed to appear in court yesterday. They are Owen Daisey, of 1462 Chesapeake road, who has failed to pay one-third of his salary for support of his wife, Erma, 423 Bailey street, and one child,, as ordered in February, 1938; Michael Hetz, of 690 Ferry avenue, who has paid only $9 on a $75 fine for an assault and conviction in April, 1941, in place of a year to a year and one-half prison sentence, and John Foster, of Gloucester. The latter previously was ordered to contribute $9 from each pay for the support of his wife, Myrtle, of 504 Somerset street, Gloucester. He served 30 days for contempt of the order last February and has failed to make any payments since his release.
