"I want to give myself up; I can't eat or sleep," said a mild-mannered young man to Sergeant Tatem, at the Camden police headquarters, yesterday. On being questioned he said he was Eugene Caffrey, 21 years old, of 616 Roberts street. While visiting the home of a friend, Harry Virtue, 134 North, Thirty-sixth street, on September 23, he had purloined a quantity of jewelry. Caffrey was so overwrought that he sobbed aloud. He was later held in $300 bail by Recorder Stackhouse.
