COPS NAB STORE OWNER IN HORSE BETTING RAID City detectives late yesterday raided a cigar store at 460 Carteret street and seized alleged horse racing sheets and gambling paraphernalia, they said. Richard Everett, 59, said to be the proprietor of the store, was arrested and posted $200 security for a hearing today before Police Judge Lewis Liberman for violation of a city ordinance prohibiting gambling. City Detectives Joseph Mardino, Benjamin Simon, George Weber, and Vernon Jones conducted the raid.
