The East Side police started yesterday to take the census of the Eleventh and Twelfth wards. As this requires a great amount of work, the residents of the East Side are requested to give the officers the prompt and correct answers and thus aid them in their work. Policemen Abbott, Joseph Palmer and Ridgley have been selected for this duty. The funeral of Albert Fish, father-in-law of Joseph Fisher, of 3024 Federal street, will take place this afternoon from Mr. Fisher's residence. Interment at Bethel Cemetery in charge of Undertaker Crawford. Mrs. Lizzie Horner, of Twenty-third and Carman streets, fell down stairs and severely injured herself. [illegible]
