Vice Chancellor Backes, in Camden, yesterday gave a decree placing two-year-old Robert Kennedy in custody of his grandparents, Mr and Mrs Robert Kennedy, of 1129 South Third street. Mrs Evelyn Kennedy, the little one's mother, has the privilege of having possession of him from Saturday noon until Monday morning of each week. Walter Kennedy, the father, had instituted habeas corpus proceedings.
