Hebrew Society Holds Memorial for Members Who Lost Lives in War
In memory of the five Y. M. H. A. members who lost their lives in the war, memorial services were held in the Y. M. H. A. building, 570 Walnut street, Camden, yesterday afternoon. The exercises opened with prayer by Rabbi Reiff, followed by a piano solo by Miss Brewer; a recitation by Miss Dora Yuschinsky; an address by Rabbi Samuel Fredman, chaplain U. S. A.; a vocal solo by Miss Speckan; address, "Y. M. H. A. Boys in Service." by Lieutenant Lewis Liberman; "Elmole Rachmin." by Rabbi Mickelman, and choir; a eulogy, "Facts of the Unknown," by Samuel Bashlow; an address by Rabbi Harry S. Davidowitz, chaplain 78th Division, and closing prayer by Rabbi Solomon Grayzel.
