John T. Cleary, 59, Ex-Jurist, Dies John T. Cleary, 59, of 1316 Park boulevard, former assistant prosecutor and former Camden police judge, died Sunday in Philadelphia Naval hospital after a long illness. Mr. Cleary closed his law office in 1929 because of illness. He served as assistant prosecutor in 1917 and was police court judge from 1922 to 1926. A veteran of War I, he was a charter member of Camden post 7, American Legion. He also was a charter member of the Camden Lions club. Surviving are his widow, Anna May; a daughter, Mrs. Jane Frenoy, of the Park boulevard address; a sister, Miss Katherine Cleary, and one grandchild. Relatives and friends will meet Thursday at 8 a.m. in the Blake funeral home, Haddon avenue and Division street, where friends may call Wednesday night. Requiem high Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in the Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.
