Nelson Hardy, the negro who attacked Mary Boullion, a white girl of 1911 Kossuth street, as she, with several companions, was crossing Line Ditch, at Sixth street, Tuesday night, was committed to the county jail by Recorder Stackhouse yesterday in default of $2000 bail.
