Camden Man May Die as Result of Early Morning Encounter
In an encounter with an intruder whom he found in the kitchen of his home early yesterday morning, Julius Spiegelhauser, a German, 50 years old, of 1417 South Tenth street, Camden, was probably fatally shot. A bullet from the revolver of the robber penetrated the abdomen of Spiegelhauser. The victim is in the Cooper Hospital.
Within an hour after the shooting Charles Cleaver, a negro, 35 years old, of Warnock place, was arrested as he was about to cross the Kaighn's Point ferry, and subsequently the wounded man positively identified him as his assailant.
