Special Officer Dies At Wheel of Auto

A 64-year-old special officer, employed in South Camden by merchants and property owners on Haddon and Kaighn aves., suffered a heart attack at the wheel of his automobile early today.
Wilbert Moore, of 54 S. 26th st., was pronounced dead at Cooper Hospital a few moments after he had lost control of his car at Baird blvd. and Pfeiffer ave., striking a utility pole.
Coroner Robert J. Blake, who issued the death certificate, said Moore died from a heart ailment. About a year ago, Blake said, Moore suffered a minor heart attack.
It was learned that Moore had been employed by merchants and property owners in the Haddon-Kaighn section for approximately 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Wilhelmina.
