TRASH FIRE Firemen are investigating a blaze which broke out early today in some trash in the basement of a two-story vacant frame house at 59 S. 24th st. District Chief Leonard Oshushek said the fire was confined to the basement. Owner of the house is Norma Schallus of 229 N. Delby st., Ventnor, according to Oshushek.
