Technician 5th Class Walter Trynski was born on June 2, 1919 to Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Trynski of 1477 South 10th Street in Camden, NJ. He attended Camden County Vocational School on Browning Road in Pennsauken, NJ, and graduated in 1939. Walter Trynski worked at the RCA-Victor plant in Camden, NJ prior to enlisting in the Army in October of 1942. His cousin, Sgt. Joseph Kasprowicz, of 1626 Louis Street, had gone into the Army the previous April.
Walter Trynski was stationed at Fort Dix, NJ in June of 1943. He later served in the Signal Corps. He passed away on July 6, 1947, while serving America. He is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Gloucester Township, NJ.

(Park Drive and Route 130) unites three monuments — to Casimir Pulaski (1936, moved here 1984), Thaddeus Kosciusko (1984), and, since 1995, the members of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church of South Camden who died in World War II.
