Laet’s Lane is depicted as an unnamed alley in the 1891 Sanborn Map. It extends from Trenton Avenue toward Haddon Avenue, located between 539 and 541 Trenton Avenue. However, the construction of houses in the 500 block of Haddon Avenue and the extension of 9th Street disrupted the intended connection, leaving Laet’s Lane isolated from Haddon Avenue.
