Capt. W. Scott Franklin, of Fire Engine House No. 1, Fourth and Pine streets, will be given a hearing before Commissioner Hitchner tomorrow on charges of being intoxicated while on duty.
Franklin was suspended last week on charges that he had become intoxicated while making inspections on Broadway for the fire department.
