JURY FREES MOTORIST IN CAMDEN AUTO DEATH
The case of a Camden motorist, whose automobile was involved in the death of an employe of the New York Shipbuilding Company three weeks ago, was "no billed" Saturday by the Camden County Grand Jury.
It was the case of Ralph Bantivoglio, of 1538 South Tenth street. Bantivoglio was held for grand jury action by Police Judge Mariano charged with being the driver of an automobile that struck and fatally injured Leonard Mislich, 49, of 1415 Norris street, on Broadway near the shipyard.
The grand jury also exonerated the following: Charles R. McKissick, false pretense; Charles Wells, assault and battery and threat to kill; George S. Bennett, carrying concealed deadly weapons, and Robert McGough, assault and battery.
