The Court of Common Pleas yesterday granted licenses to sell malt drinks to John Beck, 509 Federal; Henry Carren, 27 South Fourth; Andrew Sheddinger, 344 Spruce, and others; and refused licenses to Charles Horner, 813 Federal; Charles Bale, 417 Market; John M. Heinlen, 139 Arch; Herman Kuhle, Tenth and Carpenter; John Lock, 325 Spruce, and Adam Rumph, 928 Arch street.

Zimmerman; refused to Charles Horner, 313 Federal; Charles B. Hale, 417 Market; John M. Hertlein, 123 Arch; Herman Kuhle, 10th and Carpenter; John Lock, 325 Spruce and Adam Rumpf, 329 Arch street. Jacob Lawrence of Stockton township was licensed. Wm. Gsands application 12th and Federal, was deferred till Saturday.
