Man Held for Jury In Firing of Shot
Charged with firing a shot through the door of a friend's home, Albert Wallace, 46, of 316 South Third street, today was held for grand jury action in municipal court.
Police told Judge Dzick the shooting occurred Sunday at the home of Lucius Randolph, 211 Berkley street. Randolph refused to sign a complaint.
Wallace, who denied the charge, was released in his own recognizance. Sgt. Charles Stone testified they recovered a .45 caliber bullet in the wall of the Randolph home.
