NOTICE OF APPLICATION Take notice that Van Hook Tavern has applied to the Municipal Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control of Camden for a Plenary Retail Consumption License for premises situated at 575 Van Hook St., Camden, N.J. The names and addresses of the officers of this corporation are: Tadeusz Kanigowski, 1189 Whitman Ave., Camden, N.J., President. Helen Kanigowski, 1189 Whitman Ave., Camden, N.J., Secretary and Treasurer. Stanley Milewski, 1346 Jackson St., Camden, N.J., Vice President.
