Two Charged With Policy Writing Charles H. Green, a storekeeper at Tenth and Kaighn avenue, Camden, was arrested in his store last night by Police Captain Stanley on a charge of violating the policy laws. When searched at the City Hall a lot of policy slips and drawings were found on him. Green was formerly a clerk in the Water Department and a well known Democratic politician. Captain Stanley also arrested Albert Matchett, colored, at Front and Kaighn avenue on a similar charge. Both will be given a hearing by Recorder Nowrey today.
