Nine retiring employes of the Camden County Welfare Board were honored Wednesday night at a dinner given by their fellowworkers. Each of the honored guests was presented with a gift by Fred L. Streng, deputy director, who was toastmaster. Retiring March 31 under the provisions of the New Jersey State Retirement Plan are Mrs. Etta C. Pfrommer, of 1061 N. 31st st., board director since May, 1941; Mrs. Helen Allely, of 209 Haddon ave., Collingswood; Mrs. Emma Anderson, of Chestnut st., Berlin Heights; Mrs. Bessie F. Griffith, of 554 Newton ave. Mrs. Gertrude Grant, of 2544 42nd st.; Miss Emily Magee, of 711 Penn st.; Samuel H. Burke, of 118 Elm ave., Woodlynne; Harry G. Robinson, of 605 Tatem ave., Collingswood, and Mrs. L. Mae Titus, of Union ave., Stratford. The dinner was held in Kenney's.
