William Edwards Fined

WILLIAM EDWARDS, 30, of 123 N. 26th st., was fined $50 plus $4.50 cost on a disorderly conduct charge preferred by Jesse Keller, proprietor of the Bismarck Cafe, at 10 S. 25th st. Keller testified Edwards entered his place Jan. 31 and was refused a drink. Keller testified Edwards walked toward the door, turned and threw a pocket knife, which missed him. Edwards was warned by Judge Dzick that if he again appeared before him, he would be given a jail sentence.
