Woodrow Wilson High School

3100 Federal St, Camden, NJ 08105

Now known as Eastside High School, Woodrow Wilson School, located at 3100 Federal Street in East Camden, was originally constructed as a junior high. It officially opened in this capacity by February 1930.

However, in June 1933, Camden underwent a reorganization of its schools, and Woodrow Wilson transitioned into a high school. The school then focused on commercial and practical arts education. As part of this reorganization, the junior high students previously attending Woodrow Wilson were moved to the Cramer School, which became a junior high school. Additionally, seventh-grade students were reabsorbed into the Garfield and Dudley Schools.
