MAN, 69, IS KILLED, ANOTHER INJURED BY HIT-RUNNERS Camden Victim Hurled 60 Feet by Impact; Was on Vacation Three hit-run accidents in the city early today caused the death of a 69-year-old Camden man, injury to a Philadelphian and damage to a parked car. Joseph Wright, 1716 Ferry avenue, was struck as he alighted from a bus and attempted to cross Broadway at Van Hook street. He died a few minutes after being taken to West Jersey hospital.

Joseph Wright, 69, of 1716 Ferry avenue, was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver at Broadway and Van Hook street. A second victim was seriously injured in the same incident.
