City Property Sale Authorized
Public sale of 11 city-owned tax title lien properties and lots by Acting City Counsel John J. Crean, was authorized.
The properties and lots, their locations and minimum prices acceptable are: 325 Mickle street, $50; one lot, Ninth and Everett streets, $50; 3015 Saunders street, $300; 821 South Ninth street, $200; 504-06 North Fifth street, $750; 428 South Second street, $250; one lot, South Collings and Alabama roads, $300; 430 South Second street, $250; 760 Vanhook street, $100; 210-12-14-16 Channing terrace, $150, and one lot, Broadway near Lester terrace, $1000.
