License Changes In Camden. The Camden City Excise Board last night passed a resolution that all licenses which remained unpaid for on Monday should be revoked. Retail licenses were granted Henry Felden, 634 North Sixth street; Samuel Fenner, 625 Ferry avenue, and William F. Sands, Haddon avenue and Line street. The applications of John Ross, West and Clinton streets and Herman Meier, 825 Market street, which had been refused at a previous meeting, were reconsidered and granted. Gustav [?]hwoeri was granted a wholesale license at 707 Chestnut street. William Brown's license at 400 Jasper street was transferred to James P. Croker.
