Boyd Street
Boyd Street is in East Camden, and runs parallel to Marlton Avenue from Carman Street to the city limits in Pennsauken.
Boyd Street acquired a very bad reputation in the late 1980s and all through the 1990s as part of the open-air drug market known as “the Alley,” which centered on the alley one end of which was on Bank Street between Morse Street and Boyd Streets.

Robert Hartmann
Robert Hartmann (1876–1967), son of cigar manufacturer Frank J. Hartmann Sr., grew up in Camden's labor movement and was elected the first president of the Camden County Central Labor Union when it was formed in 1908. The 1920 Census found him and his family at 16 North 23rd Street in East Camden.

Berwick Street
Berwick Street is in East Camden, running through the 2000 and 2100 blocks between Rand Street and Marlton Pike; the street was extended to South 20th Street after the McGuire Gardens housing project was built in 1954.
Bank Street
Bank Street runs from Baird Boulevard and Carman Street southwest, crossing Marlton Pike, to Admiral Wilson Boulevard. Once the center of a notorious open-air drug market in the 1980s–90s, the street was redeveloped as part of the Peter J. McGuire Gardens housing project in the early 2000s.
20th Street
Twentieth Street runs through Cramer Hill and East Camden, from Harrison Avenue to Bank Street, established by the 1887–1888 Camden City Directory. In 1954, fourteen homes with South 20th Street addresses were added when McGuire Gardens public housing was built; they were demolished and redeveloped in the 1990s.

One of Camden's major east-west roads.
2nd Street
2nd Street extends north-south between Front Street and 3rd Street, running parallel to the Delaware River until Mechanic Street. In the early 1970s, several buildings were cleared on the east side of North 2nd Street below Mickle Street to make way for the Royal Court townhomes and Mickle Tower senior citizens apartment building.
